* UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay, which are the main payment methods in China, are not currently supported. We are aiming to respond in the future, but we have no specific plans.

 

Shipping address

It can be shipped to almost any country or region in the world.

The following countries have weight restrictions or banned delivery as of October 2021. After purchase, if we find that we cannot deliver it, we will contact you immediately and refund you.

Countries that cannot be delivered if they exceed the weight

  • Vietnam: 500g or more
  • Taiwan: above 6kg
  • Ireland: 225g or more
  • Kyrgyzstan: 200g or more
  • Tajikistan: 200g or more
  • Turkmenistan: 200g or more
  • Northern Territory: 200g or more
  • Lithuania: 200g or more

 

Shipping method and delivery days

Japan Post is used as the delivery company. You can choose from the following shipping methods on the checkout screen.

  • Normal delivery(Delivery time 1-3 weeks) : Lowest Price 
  • EMS (Delivery time 2-5 days) : Highest Price

Customs duty, consumption tax, etc.

Customers are required to pay customs duties and local sales taxes. These vary in amount depending on the country of delivery. It is not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please note that if applicable, you will be required to pay customs duty and sales tax on the shipping company.

The following is an example of tariffs incurred as of October 2021. No tax will be levied if the prices do not match in the target country. In addition, there are other target countries, so please contact the customs and tariff office of your country for details.

UK: 3.2% for £ 32 and above
European Union: 3.2% for over 45 euros
Brazil: 10% for over US $ 50

The weight will be calculated automatically when you add the item to the cart. The shipping fee will be decided based on the weight. Please note that the shipping cost may be higher, especially if you buy several items at the same time.

The following shipping charges apply to weights up to 1 kg.

  • Normal delivery : 1,000JPY 
  • EMS : 2,000JPY

 

Returns and refunds

If you place an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. If the item is not shipped, we will give you a full refund. * The shipping notification email from our shop may be delayed from the actual shipping.

We do not accept returns or refunds for customer convenience after the product is shipped.

In the unlikely event that the product is misdelivered or a defect is found in the product, within one week after the product arrives, "Please contact info@nagomi-tea.com. After confirmation, we will give you a full refund. If you need to return the item, we will bear the shipping cost for the item.
